Laurent-Perrier is one of the most distinguished family-owned Champagne Houses established in 1812... based in the heart of Champagne they are famous for their outstanding Cuvée Rose. The meticulous blend for this Champagne is predominately Chardonnay (55%), with 35% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier topping it off. La Cuvée spends four years on lees in bottle, extended aging on lees is core to increased complexity, finesse and fine bubbly mousse common to superior Champagne. There is no quality substitute for time in bottle on lees... Grande Marque NV Champagne like Laurent Perrier La Cuvée is always more exciting in its youth.

The Chardonnay influence dominates with lemon, white peach and grapefruit zest... threaded by seductive brioche and gingerbread lees aromas.
