-What happens during Alert level 3?

During Alert Level 3, We will be doing flower deliveries as well as contactless pickup.  Ponsonby Central will be closed to the public so for pickup orders,  please give us a call on 022 455 9024 upon arrival and we can bring your flowers out.

-Is your shop open during Alert Level 2?

Yes! During Alert Level 2, our Ponsonby Central store is open again! It will be a little different than normal. We'll ensure social distancing rules are maintained (our shop will tweaked slightly) and contact tracing measures are in place. There is also hand sanitiser for customers and our team will be doing regular cleaning and sanitising of high touch surfaces.

-What days / times are you open?

Our Ponsonby store is open Monday - Saturday 9am-5p, Sunday 10am-4pm

 -Do you do same day delivery?

Yes, as long as you order your flowers by 1pm Monday - Friday or 10am on Saturday for Saturday and Sunday Deliveries.

-Where do you deliver to?

We deliver flowers all around Auckland, up to 40km form our Ponsonby store (Travel Distance)

-How much is delivery?

-What time can we deliver?

We generally deliver between 9am - 5pm but if you want your order delivered by a certain time (or if the recipient is leaving work early), please let us know when you order the flowers and we'll do our best to make it happen.

-Can we make your order bespoke?

Yes absolutely. If there's a particular colour or flower you know the recipient will love, let us know by writing it in the notes section of the website. If the flower is available, we'll include it in the bouquet.

-Can I add a note?

Yes absolutely, at the checkout there's a notes section for you to add a note and let us know what day you need them delivered.
